FEELOH ships to Italy and most countries worldwide.
Delivery availability depends on the destination and will be verified during the purchase process.
If shipping to a specific country or territory is not possible, the Customer will be informed before completing the order or promptly after purchase.

Orders are typically prepared from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders received during weekends or holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.
Before shipping, each item undergoes a quality check to verify:

* the correctness of the ordered item;
* the quality of the packaging;
* the absence of visible defects.
Preparation times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, or extraordinary events.
3. Shipping Times
Once handed over to the courier, the order is generally delivered within:

* European Union: 2–7 business days.
* Non-EU Countries: 3–10 business days.
The times indicated are purely estimated and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and the assigned courier.
4. Couriers Used
To ensure an efficient and reliable service, FEELOH reserves the right to entrust shipments to the courier deemed most suitable based on the destination, order weight, and logistical needs.

* other partner couriers.
The Customer cannot request a specific courier unless otherwise agreed with Customer Service.
5. Shipment Tracking
As soon as the order is handed over to the courier, the Customer will receive a notification containing the tracking number, when available.
This code will allow tracking the shipment status directly on the courier's website.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:
* Destination country;
* Weight and dimensions of the order;
* Selected shipping method.
The final amount will always be visible before confirming the purchase.
