1. Accepted payment methods
Orders can only be paid for using one of the methods shown and available during the purchase process.
Depending on the Customer's country of origin, the device used, the selected currency, and the active configurations on the site, available methods may include:
* credit or debit cards belonging to the circuits indicated during checkout;
* PayPal;
* digital wallets, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, when available;
* Shop Pay or other payment services provided through Shopify;
* bank transfer, only if this option is expressly available during checkout or agreed upon with Customer Service;
* any other payment methods indicated before order confirmation.
The availability of a payment method on the site may vary over time. The definitive list of usable methods is that shown to the Customer during checkout.
M.I. S.R.L. is not obliged to accept payment methods other than those expressly available at the time of purchase.
2. Currency and order amount
Product prices and the total order amount are shown in the currency available or selected during browsing and checkout.
Before confirming payment, the Customer can view:
* product price;
* any applicable discounts;
* shipping costs;
* applicable taxes;
* any additional clearly indicated costs;
* the total amount to pay.
For purchases made in a currency different from that associated with the Customer's card or account, the bank, card issuer, or payment service provider may apply currency conversion costs or international fees.
These costs are determined exclusively by the Customer's payment service provider and are neither applied nor collected by M.I. S.R.L.
3. Payment by credit or debit card
In case of payment by credit or debit card, the Customer must enter the required data on the secure payment page.
The Customer declares to:
* be the legitimate owner of the card used or be expressly authorized by the owner;
* have the necessary funds for payment;
* provide complete, correct, and updated data;
* not use payment instruments obtained or used fraudulently.
The transaction may be subject to the authentication and security systems provided by the bank or card issuer, including strong customer authentication, for example via temporary code, banking application, biometric recognition, or 3D Secure system.
If authentication is not completed correctly, payment and the order may not be authorized.
4. Payment via PayPal or digital wallets
In case of payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or other digital wallets, the Customer will be directed or linked to the respective payment service.
The use of these services is also subject to the contractual conditions and privacy policies of the respective provider.
The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the data, addresses, and payment methods stored in their account with the selected provider.
The presence of an address in the PayPal account or digital wallet does not automatically replace the delivery address indicated and confirmed in the order on the site, unless the checkout procedure provides otherwise.
5. Payment by bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer is only available when this option is shown during checkout or expressly authorized by Customer Service.
In this case, the Customer will be informed of:
* the account holder;
* the IBAN;
* the amount to be paid;
* the reason for payment;
* the deadline for payment.
The bank transfer's reason for payment must include the order number or the reference communicated by M.I. S.R.L.
The order will be prepared and shipped only after the amount has been actually credited to the Seller's account.
Simply initiating the bank transfer or sending the related receipt does not constitute definitive confirmation of payment.
If payment is not received within the indicated deadline, M.I. S.R.L. may cancel the order and make the products available again.
Any bank charges related to the bank transfer are borne by the Customer. The Seller must receive the full amount indicated in the order confirmation.
6. Authorization, debit and payment confirmation
Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee that payment has been authorized or definitively acquired.
Depending on the method used, the amount may be:
* authorized at the time of order;
* temporarily reserved on the payment instrument;
* debited at the time of order confirmation;
* debited at the time of preparation or shipment;
* acquired according to the payment service provider's procedures.
The order receipt confirmation should not be interpreted as definitive proof of payment acquisition or order acceptance by the Seller.
The sales contract is concluded as provided in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale published on the website.
7. Rejected or uncompleted payments
Payment may be rejected or not completed for reasons independent of M.I. S.R.L., including:
* insufficient account balance;
* expired card;
* incorrectly entered data;
* exceeding spending limits;
* failed transaction authentication;
* bank block;
* territorial restrictions;
* anti-fraud checks;
* technical problems with the circuit or payment provider.
In case of rejected payment, the Customer is invited to:
* verify the entered data;
* contact their bank or payment provider;
* use another available method;
* repeat the purchase procedure.
M.I. S.R.L. cannot always know or communicate the specific reason for the refusal, as this information may be reserved for the bank or the service provider.
An unpaid order or one whose payment is not correctly authorized will not be shipped.
8. Transaction security
Transactions are managed through specialized payment platforms and providers that adopt security systems and encryption protocols aimed at data protection.
M.I. S.R.L. does not receive or store the complete credit or debit card data used by the Customer.
The Seller may only receive limited information, such as:
* transaction outcome;
* amount;
* payment date;
* circuit used;
* last digits of the payment instrument;
* transaction ID;
* data necessary to manage orders, refunds, disputes, and anti-fraud checks.
The Customer must never send the full card number, security code, or account access credentials via email, messages, social networks, or phone.
M.I. S.R.L. will never ask the Customer for passwords, PINs, bank authentication codes, or complete security codes.
9. Anti-fraud checks
To protect Customers and prevent illegal use of payment instruments, M.I. S.R.L. and its appointed providers may subject an order to security checks.
In case of anomalies, the Seller may:
* temporarily suspend order preparation;
* contact the Customer to verify certain data;
* request strictly necessary information to confirm identity or payment ownership;
* request the use of an alternative payment method;
* refuse or cancel the order in the presence of a reasonable suspicion of fraud.
The Seller will not request full copies of the payment card or information not necessary for verification.
If an order is canceled after debiting, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method, unless technically impossible or otherwise agreed with the Customer.
10. Orders placed by third parties
If payment is made by a person other than the recipient of the order, M.I. S.R.L. may carry out additional checks before shipping.
The Customer placing the order guarantees to be authorized to use the payment instrument and to provide the recipient's details.
The Seller may suspend or cancel the order when it is not possible to verify the legitimacy of the operation.
11. No surcharge for normal card payments
M.I. S.R.L. does not apply surcharges to the Customer for the sole use of a normal credit or debit card in cases where European legislation prohibits such increases.
Any costs applied directly by the Customer's bank or service provider remain unrelated to the Seller, such as fees for:
* currency exchange;
* international operations;
* overdraft;
* installment payments;
* interest;
* financial services chosen by the Customer.
12. Installment payments or "Buy now, pay later" services
If installment payment services or "Buy now, pay later" schemes are available during checkout, the related financial relationship will also be governed by the service provider's terms and conditions.
Approval of installments depends solely on the provider and may be subject to:
* identity verification;
* age requirements;
* creditworthiness assessment;
* amount limits;
* availability in the Customer's country.
M.I. S.R.L. cannot guarantee approval of the request and is not responsible for decisions made by the service provider.
The Customer is required to carefully read the applicable conditions, including any deadlines, interest, penalties, or consequences arising from payment delays.
13. Refunds
Any approved refunds will be made according to the conditions indicated in the Return and Refund Policy and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Unless otherwise agreed or technically impossible, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The Customer will not incur costs applied directly by M.I. S.R.L. to receive the refund.
After processing by the Seller, the time it takes for the amount to appear in the account may depend on:
* the Customer's bank;
* the card circuit;
* PayPal;
* the digital wallet;
* the payment service provider;
* interbank technical times.
These times are not directly dependent on M.I. S.R.L.
If the original payment method is no longer active, the Customer must contact their bank or relevant provider. The Seller may request strictly necessary information to identify a safe and compliant alternative method.
14. Pre-authorizations and temporarily visible operations
In some cases, the bank or payment provider may show an amount as "pending," "reserved," or "pre-authorized," even when the order has not been completed or has been canceled.
This operation does not necessarily correspond to a final debit.
The time it takes to release the amount depends on the bank or payment service provider and may take several business days.
The Customer can contact their financial institution to find out the exact release times for the pre-authorization.
15. Disputes and chargebacks
Before initiating a bank dispute or a chargeback request, the Customer is invited to contact Customer Service so that the problem can be checked and, if possible, resolved quickly.
Recourse to chargeback does not replace the ordinary return, withdrawal, or reporting procedures provided on the site.
In case of dispute, M.I. S.R.L. may transmit to the bank, circuit, or payment provider the documentation relating to the order, including:
* order confirmation;
* proof of payment;
* communications with the Customer;
* proof of shipment;
* proof of delivery;
* technical transaction data;
* any return or refund request.
This information will be processed exclusively to the extent necessary for managing the dispute and in compliance with personal data protection regulations.
Fraudulent disputes or those made after regularly receiving and retaining the product may be reported to the authorities or competent bodies.
16. Invoices and payment documentation
Customers who require an invoice must provide correct tax data during the purchase process or in any case before the document is issued.
Once issued, the invoice may not be modifiable, except in cases permitted by law.
To request information or a copy of the available documentation, the Customer can write to:
feeloh.roma@gmail.com
The payment receipt or confirmation does not necessarily replace the invoice or other tax document required by applicable law.
17. Personal data protection
Data processed in relation to payments is used for:
* managing the transaction;
* verifying the order;
* preventing fraud and abuse;
* managing refunds and disputes;
* fulfilling tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
For more information, the Customer is invited to consult the Privacy Policy published on the site.
